Our Local Pick Up Process

Typically we hold two local pick up sessions. These are usually the two days following the auction, with one starting in the afternoon to early evening, and the following morning to noon or early afternoon.

The exact dates, times, and additional information related to the specific pick up is always included on our web site, auction listing, auction details, auction terms, and informational lots in the auction catalog.

Things to know about local pick up:

The defined sessions are it - there are not extensions or alternate days. If you are not shipping and can't make it to a scheduled pick up session or have someone pick up for you - we thank you for your interest but ask that you do not bid.
Locations Vary - we hold many auctions from our facility in Dousman, WI - but also hold auctions on location at the residence of the estate. Please be sure to understand where the auction is and where pick up is - Again, this is always listed in our web site auction listing, the proxibid catalog, the invoice emails, and the top of your invoice.
You need to schedule a time that you are picking up! We utilize a scheduling tool called signupgenius. You will be provided the link to the sign up list with your invoice email following the auction. The link to the sign up will also be posted on our website following the auction. By signing up - we know which day and when you're coming so we can have your items sorted and prepped for your pick up which will then take a couple minutes.
You need to bring boxes and packing supplies for your items, as well as assistance for loading if you've purchased large items
For auctions on location at the residence, If you've purchased a large item (desk, cabinet, etc.), it may need to be taken apart prior to removal, and loaded from upstairs, downstairs, etc. - This is the buyers responsibility.
At Pick Up - You may use Mastercard, Visa, Discover, American Express, local check (under $500), or cash. 2.9% Convenience fee applies to all credit card payments / WI Sales Tax applies to all local pick up unless you have a resale number on file with us.
