Public Sale of Personal Property of storage unit contents. Household items, appliances, tools, and children s items. May include 2014 Kia Rio and 2013 Chrysler 200 (as found, paper work from regarding abandon vehicles, no titles), and 2003 Northport F1845 aluminum boat and motor. Please read Terms and Conditions carefully as you are responsible for taking all items from units and leaving them broom swept by Sept 11 at 12 pm.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL - NO RETURNS.
10% buyers premium on auction sales, sold as is where is, cash, money order or credit cards accepted, Sale is subject to adjournment. Auction is cashiered and funds collected by Menard Inc. All items must be removed by Friday September 11 at 12 pm. , Must be 18 years of age to participate and masks and social distancing requirements apply. Buyer must remove all items and leave unit broom swept. Personal items must be returned to site manager. (birth certificates, drivers license, bank statements, or photo albums)  

PURCHASE AND BIDDING INFORMATION:
 

  • Attendees are required to wear a mask or face 
    covering for the duration of this auction and practice 
    social distancing by staying at least 6 feet from other people who are not from your household.

  • Buyers must be at least 18 years old to bid.

  • Cash, money order or credit/debit card accepted at the time of sale.

  • Buyer is responsible for removing the entire contents of the unit “broom sweep” the unit within the required cleanout time.

  • The Storage Facility is not liable for any illegal contents removed from the storage space by the Buyer.

PICK UP AND DISPOSAL: 
 

  • All property secured by winning bids must be removed from the storage unit by Friday September 11th, 2020 @ 12:00 pm

  • Buyers are not allowed to use the on-site dumpsters.

  • Personal items (birth certificates, passports, driver's licenses, photo albums, bank statements, etc.) must be returned to the site manager at the time of removal.

  • All contents are sold where is & as is.

  • Sale is subject to adjournment.
