Our
process works likes this.
- You
initiate the process by clicking on the "Request Absentee
Bid Form" link below.
- This will
bring up your email client with a preaddressed message. Do not change the email address,
or subject line, simply send the message.
- Within
minutes, you'll receive a response with our absentee bidding terms,
instructions and link to a bidding form for this auction. This
form is configured for one auction only, to return to it you
will need to use the link as it is in the email.
- Complete the form and submit your bids.
- Your
bid's will be reviewed and acknowledged via email or telephone.
Absentee bids are typically reviewed within 48 hours, 24 hours
or less as it's closer to the auction.
- Note: Bids
must be submitted prior to the day of the auction to be placed
at auction.
Terms specific to absentee bidding
- All sales are final.
- All terms stated in auction terms apply to absentee bidding.
- The minimum dollar amount we accept for online absentee bidding is $25.
- Payment for absentee bids must be received before shipping. Shipping
costs are paid by the buyer. All items will be insured for the full value of
the item at buyers expense. Most shipping done by Pak Mail. This
transaction is handled directly between buyer and Pak Mail via major
credit card.
- Bailey's Honor will not be held liable for errors in, or failure
to make absentee bids.
- Bailey's Honor has endeavored to provide accurate descriptions and
representations of the listed items. Bailey's Honor will not be held
liable for any errors as to the manufacturer, origin, time period,
authenticity, or condition stated.
- There is a 10% buyers fee for internet absentee bidding.
- By proceeding to place bids using the above described process, you are
entering into a binding agreement with us to act as your agent to purchase
items on your behalf.
