Carol for our absentee bidding process, and to leave your
bids. This needs to be completed the day prior to the
auction.
Additional Terms specific to absentee bidding
- All sales are final.
- All terms stated in auction terms apply to absentee bidding.
- The minimum dollar amount we accept for online absentee bidding is $25.
- Payment for absentee bids must be received before shipping. Shipping
costs are paid by the buyer. All items will be insured for the full value of
the item at buyers expense. This
transaction is handled directly between buyer and shipper via major
credit card.
- Bailey's Honor will not be held liable for errors in, or failure
to make absentee bids.
- Bailey's Honor has endeavored to provide accurate descriptions and
representations of the listed items. Bailey's Honor will not be held
liable for any errors as to the manufacturer, origin, time period,
authenticity, or condition stated.
- By proceeding to place bids using the above described process, you are
entering into a binding agreement with us to act as your agent to purchase
items on your behalf.
