Changes Due To Covid-19
While our auction facility is closed to the public, we are opening this week with online auctions that will launch the first of May, closing the 13th and 14th.
Based on the guidelines of the CDC and order from Wisconsin's Governor Evers, we have implemented the following temporary changes to our auction process. We will continue to adapt as needed for the health and safety of our customers and staff.
THERE WILL BE NO ONSITE PREVIEWS
Per Covid-19 protocols, previews in Wisconsin may not occur in person. We look forward to returning to in-person previews in the future, but in the short term, we will offer facebook live sessions where you can watch / request additional information or video inspection of any item(s). We will also offer one on one Facetime (iPhone) previews by appointment.
NO CONTACT PAYMENT WILL BE IMPLEMENTED
We will charge the card that you have on file with proxibid for payment following the auction. 18% Buyers Premium will apply to all purchases (cash discount is suspended until normal operations return). You will receive an email with paid receipt by noon the next day. Please be sure your credit card information is up to date on the Proxibid platform. We also look forward to returning to in-person payments as soon as possible.
- PICK UP WILL BE "CURB SIDE" AND SCHEDULED
Buyers will be provided a link to a quick and simple scheduling app to select and reserve their slot for pick up. Pick ups will be conducted by driving up to one of our two bays. Your purchases will be placed on a table at the bay doorway. Items will be double checked for correctness prior to being presented to you.
IF SHIPPING YOUR ITEMS - THERE IS NO CHANGE
As before Covid 19, your card on file will be charged and your items picked up by the shipper.
WE HAVE ALSO RESUMED TAKING IN ITEMS
The process for pick up / drop off is case by case. We can do "virtual" walkthroughs and have a variety of approaches to minimize contact. If coming on site we will comply with current Covid-19 Protocols as much as possible.
