- All sales are final.
- All items are sold in " as is " condition.
- There is a 5% buyers fee on all sales, with a 5% discount for cash or
check payment at the auction.
- There is a 10% buyers fee on all internet proxy bidding, or telephone
bidding. If shipping is required for an item purchased via absentee bid
or telephone bid, all shipping and insurance costs are paid by the
buyer.
- Typically, there are no minimums or reserve bids. On rare
occasion, we will hold a reserve or minimum on very high priced
items such as paintings, automobiles, etc.
- Once the item is sold, the buyer assumes full risk and responsibility
for the item. In the case of absentee bidding, Bailey's Honor assumes
responsibility until the item is shipped.
- All items must be paid for by the conclusion of the auction in cash,
travelers check, mastercard, or personal check with established credit.
We reserve the right to retain possession of any item until a new
customers credit has been cleared, or payment made.
- All items must be removed from the premises at the conclusion of the
auction unless special arrangements have been made.
- Proxy (absentee) bids can be arranged for bidders unable to attend.
All such bids are subject to absentee bidding
conditions. Bailey's Honor will not be held liable for errors in, or
failure to make such bids.
- Bailey's Honor has endeavored to provide accurate descriptions and
representations of the listed items. Bailey's Honor will not be held
liable for any errors as to the manufacturer, origin, time period,
authenticity, or condition stated.
